Squid

Probably the most popular cephalopod and also known as Calamari. We offer high quality grade A Californian squid. The seasons start from October to late March, and the squid are caught in southern waters. Graded small, medium, and large, quickly frozen so that the product is available all year round.

Squid Ink

Used as a colouring agent that turns food black.

Octopus

Available frozen from Portugal or fresh from the southern coast of England. The Greeks used to beat it on the rocks to help tenderise, as when cooked it can become rubbery and tough. Cook very quickly or stew.

Cuttlefish

Did you know a cuttlefish has 3 hearts? They also contain the hard white bone you often see in bird cages. The taste is a cross between an Octopus and squid, they have very dense muscles that need to be cooked quickly or for a long period of time.
